EXPERIENCE MAINTENANCE/ LANDSCAPING LONG TERM WORKER NEEDED

Join our growing Property maintenance, and renovation projects team.

We are a Real State company looking for dedicated and enthusiastic, proficient individual to join our crew in the field all over Chicagoland.

You will work closely with our clients.

We need responsible, punctual and reliable workers, no time for baby sitting, you'll have full time work Monday to Friday all seasons.

Applicants should have proficiency and experience of at least 5 years in these areas:

Plumbing

Electricity

Tile and Flooring

Painting

Drywall

Framing

Siding

Door and window repairs

Kitchen and bath repairs

Landscaping

Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (50+ lbs.)

Drug free workplace.

Must pass background check and speak English.

Must have hand and power tools and reliable vehicle and driver's license.
