Accountant / Bookkeeper
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Accountant / Bookkeeper to manage the financial records and transactions for our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Assist with tax preparation and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.

Qualifications:

Property Manager
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in property management, including tenant relations, rent collection, and maintenance coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including tenant relations, lease administration, and maintenance.
- Collect and process rent payments, ensuring timely and accurate accounting.
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, working with contractors and vendors to ensure high-quality service.
- Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Oversee tenant move-ins and move-outs, including property inspections and security deposit handling.
- Prepare and maintain accurate property records, including lease agreements, maintenance logs, and financial reports.
