Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to support our team in daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential for ensuring smooth office operations and providing excellent customer service to our clients. Small office environment. This is a seasonal position, starting in January 2025

Duties

Provide exceptional customer support and service to clients, both in-person and over the phone.

Manage incoming calls using office phone systems, directing inquiries as necessary.

Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.

Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.

Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.

Utilize Google Suite applications for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.

Communicate effectively with team members and clients in both English and Spanish (if applicable).

Strong Microsoft Excel skills required

Experience

Previous experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.

Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.

Proficiency in using phone systems and various office equipment.

Experience with Google Suite applications is essential for this position.

Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in an office environment.
