Inventory Control Manager

We are urgently hiring for an Inventory Control Manager!

As an Inventory Control Manager, you will manage inventory tracking systems and stock levels. Your role works independently and/or with a team. This position calls for a detail oriented and customer-service minded individual working with office and warehouse staff.

Qualifications

3-5 years of inventory control experience (this is a must)

Expert in inventory software: Zoho, Square, Cin7, Lightspeed, Excel, QuickBooks Desktop

Creative- bring new ideas and methods to improve current inventory processes

Ability to work independently and efficiently

Communicates effectively

Expert in working with computers and inventory scanners (i.e. rf scanners)

Responsibilities

Manages inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments, and stock levels

Develop and execute strategies to streamline inventory process and improve accuracy

Execute daily inventory analysis to avoid shortages and keep costs low

Responsible for the storage and handling of materials

Oversees stock item master, identifying incorrect descriptions and stock numbers

Identifies and resolves discrepancies and problems
