Admin Assistant - Sports and Marketing Niche
Hello,
I am a small business owner working out of my condo in Davie. I currently do marketing freelance work and just started a Sportscards side business live streaming and selling on Whatnot. I am interested in hiring someone part time to help out with these various tasks.
- Apply for jobs for me on Upwork and other sites (Marketing freelance work)
- Sport card shipping help
- Future live streaming and sport card organizing and management (shadowing to start)
Ideally this person would fit the profile to be promoted to do live streams for me on Whatnot. This would require someone passionate about sports cards that is confident to open packs on camera and stimulate a live audience. Right now I am doing this work so initially whoever I hire would shadow this work for a while. Eventually this person could do the live streams with me 50/50.
Eventually I do want to open up my own card store in south Florida.
To start I am most needing help getting more marketing jobs so someone who can type fast, is computer savvy and motivated is ideal. Someone who can talk sports and is passionate about sports cards (maybe even already owns a collection) would be a great fit. Someone who has experience shipping and is detailed oriented is ideal.
The job is pretty flexible but to start it's best to apply to jobs in the mornings to afternoons. I can be flexible about the days of the week but ideally it would be 3-4 days a week someone would come into my office/home to work say 9-4PM. 30 hours per week. I can also allow work on Saturdays if you prefer to accommodate your schedule. I'm thinking part-time up to 32 hours per week.

Minimum wage to start but I will increase the rate if the person is brought on to live stream. Also willing to organize bonuses for successful applications that lead to marketing work and other bonus structures.
