Upscale Casual Manhattan restaurant is looking to hire:

1) Chef or Sous

2) One line cook or grill person

A) As to the Chef Position:

-

Must be a professional with strong background of culinary experience in a restaurant and with a broad knowledge of various types of cuisines, sauces and dressings.

Must know the wide array of specific and general duties that must be carried out on a daily basis. These duties will be discussed during your interview.

We are a very busy restaurant. You must be able to work in a fast environment.

We are looking for people for immediate hire.

B) As to the Line Cook or Grill Person

Prepares all food items to order, following standard recipes and procedures within specified time limits.

Preps assigned items.

Grills raw and prepped foods to order and to requested temperature.

Understands and complies with food safety and temperature standards.

Assists in an entire team effort.

All other duties as assigned by the Chef
