Porter Wanted

We are looking for a dedicated and dependable Building Porter in the Crown Heights/ Bay Ridge area to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our properties.

Responsibilities:

Cleaning & Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting common areas, hallways, stairwells, and restrooms. Ensure all areas are well-maintained and presentable.

Tenant Assistance: Assist residents and visitors with inquiries, provide directions, and handle requests in a courteous and professional manner.

Equipment & Supplies: Manage cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently, ensuring they are in good working condition.

Trash & Recycling: Collect and dispose of trash and recycling materials in designated areas.

Deliveries: Assist with handling and transporting deliveries and packages to appropriate locations.

Safety & Security: Monitor building conditions, report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management, and follow emergency procedures as required.

Requirements:

Must reside in the Crown Heights or Bay Ridge area.

Proficiency in Spanish

Good communication and service skills

Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and moving items.

Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
