Super Wanted

We are looking for an EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATOR, who is PRODUCTIVE,

RELIABLE, DETAIL ORIENTED and a PEOPLE PERSON.

Our ideal candidate should be highly motivated with a demonstrated ability

to clean efficiently and thoroughly according to Department of Sanitation guidelines.

The Super will work closely with the porter and Property Manager.

The candidate will also be responsible for the following:

Trash removal maintaining compactor and recycling

maintain building interior and exterior common areas and sidewalks according to schedule

Snow and ice removal from sidewalk as required

MUST HAVE THE ABILITY TO:

Keep Property Managers informed on progress of assigned activities / projects

❤ Positive CAN-DO attitude is a MUST and bilingual is a plus ❤

Basic knowledge of the following is a plus: ✓

Knowledge of some minor plumbing (troubleshooting and repairing leaks) and electrical work.

Successfully snake and clear a drain

Knowledge of compactor machines

You could be on call for emergencies.
