Line Cooks/Chef de Partie (Fine Dining)
Fine Dining, Michelin Rated restaurant is looking for EXPERIENCED Chef de Partie.
Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented and have previous experience in reputable fine-dining establishments with Michelin level. We are hiring culinary team members with a strong work ethic to help set and maintain the highest standards of cuisine and professionalism.
Open 5-6 days for dinner only and events. Busy high-volume, New American-French? cuisine. Must be available to work nights/weekends, holidays (including Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year's Eve) and have a flexible schedule. Professionalism, respect, and a desire to learn is key.
Requirements:
4 years minimum New York City restaurant kitchen experience.
High Standard (Preferably Michelin level standard required).
