Full job description:
Iconic Princeville Condo Community Seeking Site Manager.
We are seeking a motivated individual who enjoys varied tasks and challenges.
Monday- Friday position requires onsite management and hands-on skills.
Required qualifications:
Ability to provide on-site supervision and work courteously and professionally with owners, residents, rental guests, managing agents, vendors and contractors
General maintenance and repair, including painting, power washing, landscaping, replacing boardwalks, lanai repairs and dumps runs
Answer emergency calls
Ability to lift 50 lbs. and climb a ladder
Works independently to assess and complete on-site projects
Computer and communication skills and the ability to work in cooperation with the Board of Directors and managing agents.
Attention to detail, prioritize and solve problems, creativity, and a positive attitude
Eager to learn new skills.
Enforce House Rules and respond effectively to urgent situations as needed
Bonus qualifications:
Experience in site management or project management
Terms:
36-40 hour/ week position
Full medical, dental and vision insurance is provided.
Base pay is negotiable and is based on experience.
Bonus offered after successful completion of 6 months employment.
Drug and background checks required.
Housing is not provided.
