Residential Property Manager Needed
Currently searching for a property manager a property in the North Hills area. The property manager is required to live at the property being managed and work out of the leasing/manager office at the property. The building is mid sized, roughly 80 units, amenities include pool, laundry and gated parking. Property is in close proximity to fwy, schools, restaurants and shopping.
Rent- Collection of monthly rent and delinquencies
- Notices- Generating and Posting (3 Day, 24 Hour, Pest, etc.)
- Maintenance Orders- Review and schedule
- Vacant units- Advertise, market and lease
- Tenants- Maintain a positive and productive relationship with
Requirements:
- Property manager experience- 2 year minimum
- Living onsite and managing a property of 60+ units is preferred
- Valid Driver's license- MUST
- Vehicle that can be used for work- MUST
- Willing to undergo a background check and drug test, in accordance with local law/regulations
- GED or HS Diploma
- Bilingual in Spanish is a preferred
- Must already live in the Los Angeles/San Fernando Valley area
Schedule:
- Full Time
- Monday-Friday- 8:00am - 5:00pm- w/out any other conflicts
- Available after hours and weekends for emergencies
Compensation/Benefits:
- $3500-4100/month gross salary (DOE) w/ rent deduction from salary
- Partial utilities paid (water, trash & sewage)
