NOW HIRING Residential Property Manager

This is a great opportunity to manage a property in the North Hills area. This is a full time position, the manager will live at the property being managed. There is a leasing/manager office that the manager will work out of. The property is near Sepulveda and Nordhoff. Key Responsibilities:

Rent Collection

Generating/Posting notices

Reviewing/Scheduling Work Orders

Advertising/Marketing/Leasing Vacant Units

Must live at one of the properties being managed

Other duties assigned by management

Key Requirements:

Working as an onsite property manager, minimum of 1 year

Managing 50+ units preferred

Have used MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Experience with Yardi or another property management software is a plus

GED or HS Diploma

MUST- Valid Driver's license

MUST- Reliable vehicle

Bilingual in Spanish a preferred

Must already live in the Los Angeles/San Fernando Valley area

Overview of Schedule & Salary

Monday-Friday- 8:00a-5:00p (Available after hours and weekends for emergencies)

$4000-4500/month gross salary (DOE) w/ rent deduction. (Partial utilities paid (water, trash & sewage)
