HANDYMAN for RETAINER + FEE property management items
Not sure what i will get from this post but figured i'd give it a try
I own and manage 4 units and will likely be growing into more across Denver, Aurora and Broomfield. I would like to pay someone a consistent 'retainer income' to fix issues that may come up with these properties, some may be small like a leaky faucet, some will be larger like redoing caulking, some flooring, or redoing paint and trim to get unit ready for next tenant.
We can figure out a good monthly rainter price that works for us both and competitive pricing that works for us both when issues do arise.
I need someone who will be reliable, who will be able to charge a fair price in case of an emergency, and a price when small issues arise that require visiting the property. I will supply regular work throughout the year which is a perfect fit for a handyman already working in the area looking for work.
Someone who loves fixing problems, working with tools and is a natural born problem solver with some skills is perfect for this role.
If you are into hard drugs or will not be available when 'shit hits the fan' then you may not be the right fit for this role.
