quick on your feet (literally and metaphorically)

general knowledge of fine dining standards

general knowledge of bar/beverage and wine, experience in fine dining bartending/craft cocktails is a bonus

maintain a high level of knowledge about our food and beverage menus

ServeSafe certified

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional fine dining service to guests in a professional and courteous manner.

- Demonstrate knowledge of wine pairings and cocktail preparation to enhance the dining experience.

- Utilize ServSafe practices to ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met.

- Apply learned skills to serve beverages according to guest preferences.

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service timing and maintain a seamless dining experience.

Your goal will be to provide high-quality service in a fine dining atmosphere in which to maintain and attract guests.
