Project Manager

Required Qualifications:

4-year engineering degree or equivalent experience.

10+ years of experience (working knowledge) of construction, design, finance and accounting

practices.

5+ years of managing projects valued in excess of $10M to 20M level projects

Working knowledge of procurement techniques, standard business procedures, policies,

accounting and business contract law.

Prefer commercial project knowledge from start to finish

Proven experience resolving challenging technical and contractual challenges.

Superior communication and interpersonal skills

Must be organized.

Must have the ability to innovate and motivate employees to maximize their performance.

Computer skills are mandatory; knowledge of MS Office Suite, P6. Experience with construction

project management software similar to Sage 300, Prolog or Procore.

Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Must have a valid driver’s license.
