Scheduling/Receptionist
Qualifications
Proven experience in scheduling or a similar coordination role, preferably in a construction industry
Proficient in using scheduling software or other relevant tools
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written,
Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle client inquiries or complaints professionally and efficiently
Problem-solving skills to address scheduling conflicts or resource constraints
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in using computer applications, including Excel or similar software
Responsibilities
As a Scheduler at Keystone Door and Building, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and optimizing the production and delivering of materials to ensure timely and efficient service
Receive service requests from clients via phone, email, or online portals
Optimize scheduling to minimize travel time and maximize efficiency
Coordinate with other departments, such as sales or project management.
Anticipate and address scheduling conflicts or constraints proactively to maintain a smooth workflow
