The Graduate Program in Acoustics seeks to hire numerous Penn State students and non-students throughout the 2023-2024 academic year. We are looking to hire part-time research assistants and part-time teaching/learning assistants.Research assistant duties include:

conduct research and collect data

interpret and analyze research data

report status of research activities

meet with research principle to maintain ongoing communication of research progress

perform other duties as assigned by research principleTeaching/learning assistant duties include:

grade student assignments and exams

respond to and return student work in a timely manner

hold regular office hours

attend lectures if required by faculty supervisor

consultant with faculty supervisor to resolve administrative, grading or other issues related to the course

perform other duties as assigned by faculty supervisorApplications will be received on an ongoing basis and will be reviewed as the need arises.
