customers' greatest concepts into reality.Position and Responsibilities Overview

Facilitate the transfer of information from our customers to the RK Industries

team.

Identify possible problems/issues and coordinate the solutions.

Prepare/oversee accurate scope letters.

Facilitate the transfer of projects to the Operations Team from the

Pre-Construction Team.

Ensure that the preconstruction services provided by RK Industries meet

customer requirements.

Direction to the Construction/Design team (internal & external).

Create scope summaries that clearly define the project pricing and

responsibilities.

Create an accurate trend timeline & pricing that defines

accepted/pending/declined trends for the project.

Explain and define pricing and scope to our clients.

Be the RK Mechanical representative to ensure that there is a clear

understanding & transfer of up to date information.

Offer solutions and gather information to keep the project scope clear and

within budget.

Qualifications

Manages autonomous individuals, managers and diverse groups giving broader

direction.

Expert in field, extensive relevant experience, 15+ years.

Masters or college/university graduate or equivalent combination of skills

and experience generally required.

an office environment (not a telecommuting position), currently located

in the Henderson area of Denver, including a reliable means of transport to

and from work. Ability to occasionally travel between corporate offices and

jobsites within the Denver Metro Area, during work hours.
