Requires excellent administrative and organizational skills, ability to problem solve, think independently and act as an effective advocate for your client family. Most of the responsibilities can be carried out remotely

Responsibilities:

Purchase gift items for charity and foster homes, Maintain staff and family calendar, make reservations and appointments, assist with planning of family travel and coordinate travel arrangements, assist with organizing social events, develop and maintain housekeeping manuals and checklists, manage household and personal projects, and provide general administrative support and concierge type services. Preferred qualifications include experience working with housekeeping staff in a large home and experience providing personal administrative support (Using Microsoft Office Suite) including planning and coordination of extensive luxury travel.

Qualifications

Skills Required:

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
