We are a financial settlement company based in Orange County, California. We specialize in managing the process of negotiating business disputes & debts with the goal of helping our clients through the settlement process and gaining financial stability.
Working together with clients to implement the best strategy, we align a client’s budget with a manageable fee structure.
ABOUT THE POSITION: Business Development Representative / Sales
We are seeking a self-starter and quick learner to join our team of settlement experts who can navigate various issues to completion without creating additional financial stress for the client.
Must be able to thoroughly understand and clearly articulate to potential clients, PRG's role in the dispute resolution process and the value our services provide.
Must be able to stay focused and on track with minimal supervision; meet weekly call minimums: achieve monthly sales goals; be available for conference calls with office and clients; have good presentation skills in person, via phone and/or zoom calls. Setting calendar controls and following up is key.
Skills: PRG uses our own CRM system to manage sales with an emphasis on tracking KPI’s. Candidate must be Microsoft Office, DocuSign; Google business apps. proficient.
Duties include but are not limited to: Calling on provided leads, explaining services and values, setting follow-up appointments, reviewing and closing contracts, communicating clearly with our back office.
Good sales and cold-calling skills a must. The right candidate will have a winner attitude and desire to succeed!
You need to put the effort in to interest the potential clients in our services, achieve good handle times and high call back ratios. Our top Sales Reps are successfully making 6 - figures!
Must be self- motivated, self-disciplined and want to grow with an all-star team!

This is a full-time Monday-Friday, 40 hours a week. Major holidays off with lots of office perks.
