Key Initial Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients warmly and professionally.

Manage multiple phone lines and efficiently book appointments.

Handle client payments and rescheduling.

Communicate with the back office to ensure smooth operations.

Perform data entry and assist with client retention efforts.

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of receptionist and or administrative experience.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.

Reliability and a positive attitude are essential!
