Site Manager needed for 32-unit complex.
Site Manager for our property in Molalla Oregon. Elderly complex and or disabled regardless of age, subsidized by USDA, Rural Development and LIHTC. 32 units. Some of the job duties will include walking the grounds daily. Working with tenants on a consistent basis. Deliver notices to tenants. Perform inspections. Create work orders for maintenance crew. Organize turnovers on vacant apartments and make sure that the cleaning, repairs, carpet cleaning and lock changes get done in a timely manner and in the appropriate order. Collecting rent from tenants and provide the tenants with receipts. Make timely deposits at local bank. Deliver recertification paperwork to tenants for annually or interim recertification. Verify income/assets through the recertification process. Hand out/send applications /call back potential tenants. Minor maintenance like replaying toilet seat, rekeying lock, etc. If interested, please respond to this email with a current resume. Experience with RD and LIHTC. This is a 20 hour a week job.
