We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and personable Office Manager/Assistant to join our small Midtown office. The ideal candidate is organized, polished, and reliable, with a proactive attitude. This is a part-time position with the potential to grow into more hours based on performance.

Responsibilities:

Light bookkeeping (AR/AP and expense reconciliation)

Customer outreach and follow-up

Office management and general administrative tasks

Requirements:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills

Basic experience with bookkeeping or QuickBooks is a plus

Must be reliable, polished, and good-natured
