Roles and Responsibilities for Project Coordinator at Servpro of Southeast Portland

1. Project Management:

- Oversee and coordinate restoration and construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.

- Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking progress and addressing any delays or issues that arise.

2. Client Communication:

Requirements for Project Coordinator at Servpro of Southeast Portland

1. Experience:

7. Certifications:

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus. Not a must.

- IICRC certification in water damage restoration or related fields is advantageous. Not a Must.

- Ability to perform site visits and inspections, which may require lifting and navigating construction sites.
