Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative
Searching for a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE for a supplier of apparel components in the garment district in Los Angeles $20-23/hour
They are looking for someone who wants to work in a healthy, small family environment for a 50 year old company.
Responsibilities
Meet and Greet Customers by phone and in person
Spanish Speaking
Enter Orders
Filing
Enter production request (requires math skill)
Enter receipt of inventory
Daily Invoicing
Order follow up for house accounts
Assist with costing on in-house manufacturing
Issue internal purchase orders for in-house work orders
Placing purchase orders with select vendors
Provides assistance to Sales Team upon request:
o Monitor shipping status
o Monitor production status
o Order follow up
All other duties as required
Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to implement solutions, strong analytical and communication skills
Takes action on items beyond formal job responsibilities
Strong time management and organizational skills
Fluent in English and Spanish
Attention to detail
Good with numbers
60 wpm minimum typing skill
Minimum of 3 years previous customer service experience
