Office Administrative / Bookkeeper

We have an immediate opening for Office Admin / Bookkeeper to join our team. We are looking for someone who is experienced in office management, proficient in QuickBooks and detailed oriented with excellent communication skills, bi-lingual preferred. Duties include but no limited to maintaining timecards, processing payroll, AP/AR, preparing and filing payroll taxes, weekly, monthly and yearly returns. Assist with customers and vendors as needed. Maintain vehicle maintenance logs / DOT logs / DOT Drug Testing, as well as maintaining customer, vendor and employee files.

We are looking for proven experience as office manager or similar role. Proficiency in QuickBooks, with hands on experience in managing invoices, PO's, and billing and payroll. Someone with strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage time effectively and keep accurate records. Willingness to work in a team environment.
