Part time Administrative Assistant for Construction Office
Fast-paced marine construction company in Ft Lauderdale seeking PART TIME admin asst to fill out permit applications, follow up with customers and governmental agencies as well as general office duties. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Salary: $20.00 per hour depending on experience
Be responsive and professional – through email and calls
Monitor all upcoming and in-progress projects
Develop and maintain a good rapport with all agencies
Work closely with the municipalities on the status of permits and ensure they are processed in a timely manner
Performs other duties as assigned
Must be detail-oriented team player comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Able to professionally perform multiple detail-oriented tasks
Confident, articulate, and professional speaking abilities
Previous experience in a construction office is a plus but not required
Knowledge of Outlook, Word, Office, Excel etc.
Available to start immediately.
