Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Temporary Part-Time Assistant to join our management office. This position is perfect for someone looking for short-term work. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, manage daily office operations, and assist the management team with various tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering phone calls and emails in a professional manner

Managing schedules and appointments

Handling office filing, paperwork, and correspondence

Assisting with project coordination and event planning

Ordering office supplies and maintaining office equipment

Performing other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Previous office/administrative experience preferred but not required

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Bilingual-English and Spanish

Temporary part-time position (flexible schedule)

Pay: $14 per hour
