Part/Inventory Office Assistant

We are a golf cart dealership in Boca Raton that provides repair, sales and service looking for an office administrator/inventory assistant in a growing industry. This is a part time job with additional hourly pay and compensation.

Responsibilities

Assisting the owner and shop mechanics

Maintaining shop and showroom environment with parts, order fulfillment, organizing materials

Assist in parts/inventory ordering

Manage deliveries and parts for shop technicians

Track deliveries, parts/supplies inventory

Help manage day to day operations

Maintain welcoming and store environment

Self-motivated and willingness to work as a team

Excellent organization skills, and ability to multitask

Strong written and verbal skills and communication/Bilingual is a plus (Spanish, Portuguese)

Qualifications

Valid driver's license / Transportation

Experience with organization, assisting, ordering parts in a dealership

Professional administrative support such as filing, inventory, mailing, parts management using a computer
