Office Administrative Assistant
Fast-growing IT Consulting Services Company – is seeking a full-time / Part-time admin assistant.
Looking for an ideal candidate with excellent interpersonal skills, and positive attitude, great with details, and excellent time management and organizational skills, strong communication skills, and an ability work in a team environment.
Job Responsibilities
Answer phone calls
Maintain meeting calendars and schedule meetings.
Develop & Maintain Filing System
Preparing bid documents for state government agencies.
Create & send invoices, Collect and process client payments
Other Administrative Tasks on an as needed basis
Job Qualifications
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Friendly in-person and phone demeanor
