Part-Time or Full-Time opening available for Office assistant/ Receptionist in CPA firm conveniently located near the Oakland Bart Station. Our firm provides accounting, bookkeeping and tax service to businesses and individuals.

This position will involve a variety of office duties including but not limited to:

Handle phone communications and schedule appointments.

Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the office.

Proficient in MS Office, including Word and Excel.

Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

Compensation:

Starting pay depends on experience. We offer a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications:

Associate's Degree or higher.

Excellent written/ oral communication and computer skills.

Ethical and professional standards, Problem-solving, critical thinking and team player.

Fluent in English and Mandarin/Cantonese preferred.
