We are hiring a full time Office Receptionist/Assistant to work in our property management office in San Rafael.

We are looking for someone with

-Administrative and clerical experience

-Relevant software and typing skills

-Experience with customer service practice.

-Applicant should be proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.

-A general ability to understand and operate a wide range of office technology is required.

-Must work with telephones, personal computers, e-mail, fax and copy machines.

In addition, applicant must be a good communicator since much of the job involves relaying important information in an efficient and concise manner.

Good listening skills coupled with patience and tact is a must.

The ideal candidate must also be able to take the initiative to ask for clarification when necessary. We are looking for someone with great interpersonal and customer service skills as well as politeness, professionalism and a helpful nature.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

o Ability to speak languages other than English a plus

o Ability to communicate clearly, in an oral and written fashion

o Ability to work with people from ethnically and socio-economically diverse backgrounds

o Ability to troubleshoot and prioritize work

o Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations

o Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

o Capacity to operate independently and resourcefully

o Good analytical, problem-solving, and follow through skills

o Ability to work in fast-paced team environment

o Strong organizational skills

o Computer skills: MS Word, Excel,

o The Office Receptionist/Assistant position is a full-time hourly (non-exempt) position. This position works Monday through Friday 8:30am-5pm.

FULL TIME POSITION INCLUDES BENEFITS ( FULL MEDICAL, DENTAL AND VISION. SICK AND VACATION PAY)

HOURLY PAY RATE $23-$27 DEPENDS ON EXPERIENCE.
