Maintenance Position - fulltime - Tuesday to Saturdays

Publix Self Storage is hiring for the property maintenance position at our Eagle River location.

It is a full time position, Tuesday through Saturday 9am to 6pm.

You must be always on time, bright, self motivated, honest, and willing to be a team player.

You also must be willing to learn and get trained on any aspect of the job you are not familiar with.

The right candidate needs to be able to lift over 30lbs.

Maintenance duties included but not limited to:

-General building maintenance (repairing walls, gutters, roofs, doors, changing light bulbs, etc.)

-Janitorial work (cleaning units, walls, sweeping, etc.)

-Landscaping (mowing, weed whacking, occasional pruning of trees)

-General winter grounds keeping (Plowing experience preferred but not required, snow blowing, shoveling, ice removal, and sanding)

-Light office work (Proficiency with computers preferred but not required, answering phones, assisting customers in the office, renting units)
