Ensure efficient operations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
Oversee inventory management, ordering, and storage of food and supplies.
Menu Development:
Create innovative menus aligned with Café Stella's culinary vision, focusing on French cuisine.
Develop and test new recipes, ensuring consistency and quality.
Adapt menus seasonally, incorporating fresh, local ingredients.
Quality Control:
Ensure all dishes meet Café Stella’s standards of taste, presentation, and consistency.
Conduct regular quality checks and audits of food production.
Operational Efficiency:
Implement kitchen policies and safety standards.
Manage budgets, food cost control, and waste reduction.
Arrange for equipment repairs and maintain kitchen efficiency.
Customer Satisfaction:
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications:
6+ years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant.
