Kitchen Supervisor/Lead Cook

I'm looking for a strong back of the house Supervisor that can cook as well. Very easy menu. 4 dishes and it is mostly scoop and sell.

We sell BBQ Sauces and seasonings at farmers markets, fairs and festivals out of one booth but we also have a food booth that we run out of a second, separate space. I want to find people that show up on time, have a good attitude and work hard. I pay well. I was an hourly employee most of my career so I get it!

Skills needed

Ability to multi task, play well with others, show up on time, show up looking and smelling good, improvisational skills, lifting 50#, supervise and group while opening and closing the booth, very tiny amount of admin, a little front of the house order taking and management is a major bonus.

Keep in mind

This is a German style festival at the Seattle Christmas Market. It's a social media opportunity so we'll be on camera constantly. It's important to work well with others.
