Optometry Office Optician

The Pasadena Optometry Center is known for the professional, personalized services it renders. Established in 1972 and located in the Lake Avenue Business District, it has an excellent reputation as Pasadena's premier office for optometric care.

We are seeking a self-motivated, reliable, ambitions, enthusiastic Optician with 2 years of optical experience for our fast-paced environment. If you are friendly, have a strong work ethic, a professional telephone manner and good organizational skills, this may be the position you are seeking.

Job duties will include, but are not limited to, assisting patients with choosing the perfect frame for their individual needs, interpreting insurance benefits, assisting patients with adjusting frames for best fit, repairing minor frame damage, quality control on frame/lens deliveries, calling patients with purchase updates/making delivery appointments as well as other associated duties. Must speak excellent English, Bi-lingual is a plus.

This is a full-time position Monday through Friday with one late evening per week and one Saturday schedule per month.
