Finance Manager / Sales / Lot Manager

We are a small dealership with 45 car inventory seeking a finance manager. Must be very well versed in getting deals sold, approved and funded quickly. Must be honest, organized and good at maximizing gross profit. We are currently selling 18-20 cars monthly. Looking for a pro that can take us to 25 monthly. Salary plus commission.
