Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Marketing Specialist in the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance industry. Based in Minnetonka, Minnesota, you will be a key player in our team, focusing on marketing operations and distribution maintenance.Responsibilities Executing day-to-day tasks associated with distribution maintenance and governance in our sales enablement and digital asset management platforms. Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for the distribution of non-marketing managed assets. Regularly auditing marketing assets across sales enablement and digital asset management platforms. Supporting the migration to Digital Asset Management (DAM) and transitioning to day-to-day Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) DAM support. Providing relevant reporting and data analysis to aid in decision making. Identifying and executing process improvement opportunities to optimize operations. Undertaking quality assurance for automation work as required. Ensuring day-to-day management and governance of the sales enablement platform.Requirements Proven experience in the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance industry Proficiency in Reporting, with the ability to generate, analyze, and interpret complex reports Demonstrated expertise in Marketing and Operations, ideally within a healthcare context Previous experience in Auditing, ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards Advanced Data Analysis skills, with a focus on extracting insights to inform decision-making Ability to Execute strategies and plans effectively, meeting organizational objectives Experience in Process Improvement, identifying opportunities for efficiency and implementing changes Familiarity with Migration processes, including the management of Offshore teams Strong communication skills, capable of Liaising with various internal and external stakeholders Understanding of Governance principles within the healthcare sector Experience managing Digital Assets and using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Proven ability in Day-To-Day Management of marketing campaigns or projects Experience in Sales Enablement, including the development and implementation of sales strategies Knowledge of TRICARE and NIS systems is advantageous Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
