We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Manager to join our used car dealership team. This role is crucial in managing our vehicle inventory, ensuring accurate tracking, optimizing stock levels, and supporting the sales team in maximizing profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage vehicle inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet customer demand.

Coordinate with the sales and finance teams to ensure seamless vehicle availability and readiness.

Maintain accurate records of all vehicle purchases, sales, and reconditioning costs.

Work with the marketing team to ensure inventory is properly listed online with accurate descriptions and pricing.

Ensure all vehicles meet dealership quality standards before being offered for sale.

Coordinate with the service department for vehicle inspections, repairs, and reconditioning.

Manage floorplan financing and vehicle aging reports to optimize inventory turnover.

Qualifications:

Experience in automotive inventory management, purchasing, or a related role in the used car industry.

Proficiency in dealership management software and inventory tracking tools.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with multiple departments.
