Position: Office Manager for HVAC company.

Location: West Hollywood, CA

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00AM-5:00PM + Sundays 2 Hours in the evening.

Duties:

1. Handle scheduling.

2. Answer phone calls.

3. Manage a team in the office.

Requirements:

1. Must be able to speak good English & Spanish.

2. Experience working in a construction/HVAC office or something similar, preferred.

3. Experience with dispatch and speaking to clients, preferred.

4. Computer savvy.

5. Able to multitask.

6. Detail oriented.

7. Must be energetic and driven.

8. Encouraged to think outside the box.

Pay: Starting at $1,000 per week.
