Residential Building Maintenance

Multi unit residential property maintenance person must be able to perform routine maintenance and repair tasks competently and safely. Common maintenance and repair tasks can include everything from trash removal, daily common area cleaning and lite landscaping to basic office cleaning and small tenant repairs. Report to Maintenance Manager. Experience required as well as a valid US Drivers License with an acceptable driver record and HS Diploma/GED. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electric and HVAC systems a plus. Experience using hand and electric tools a plus.

Must be Bi-lingual and legally permitted to work in the United States

Hours: 8 hour
