Hours

Full-time Day Shift, 7:00am-3:30pm

Location

Hawaii Kai, Oahu

Pay

$18 an hour depending on experience

Responsibilities

 Perform basic building maintenance work.

 Change lights, ballasts, and basic wiring.

 General pool cleaning

 Tighten sink pipes and toilets.

 Mow lawns, trim hedges, basic landscaping

 Perform basic carpentry as required.

 Perform other basic maintenance and cleaning as required.

Qualifications

 Familiar with basic plumbing and electrical work.

 Working knowledge of hand and power tools.

 Must be hardworking and willing to learn with a positive attitude.
