Office Administrator
Portland Stump Grinding is a small family business in need of a person to run/manage our office. This is a full time position requiring around 30 hours a week, Monday-Friday, on site. Responsibilities:
-Provide general support to customers in a friendly and professional manner
-Inbound phone sales
-Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
-Serve as the point person for office duties including: maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, bills, errands, shopping
-Organize office operations and procedures
-Provide technical support or coordinate technical support as needed
-General bookkeeping and maintaining digital and physical records
Requirements:
-Work with minimal supervision
-Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, Quickbooks preferred
-Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
-Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
-Attention to detail and problem solving skills
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
