Learn more at https://www.amazon.com/music.Key job responsibilitiesThis role will lead all voice operations for English locales (US, UK, CA, AU, NZ) for Amazon Music on Alexa. The program manager will work closely with the Voice Experience product managers to provide best in class CX to our customers on Alexa.Responsibilities include:
Understand and reflect music trends and the right music culture understanding in Amazon Music's experiences on Alexa
Support high priority new music releases for Amazon Music on Alexa
Deep dive and triage frictional experiences using tools and dashboards
Cross-team interactions and collaborations to deliver results

3+ years of program or project management experience
3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
3+ years of driving process improvements experience
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
Interest in / understanding of music cultural context

The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market.
