Lord Stanley is Hiring for a Front of House Service Professional!

Lord Stanley is a Californian Bistro de Luxe located in the heart of San Francisco’s Russian Hill neighborhood. We are a small business with a dynamic team and operation, looking for the perfect addition to our tiny but mighty crew! Open seven days a week, with a take-away window and a 35-seat dining room where we offer kind and thoughtful service to our neighborhood through a la carte and tasting menu offerings. Well-known for our Turntable series, hosting guests from around the world for month-long residencies, we are returning in the fall to our classic style of French Bistro service.

We are ideally looking for someone who;

- has 2-3 years of fine dining service experience

- has availability to work on at least 2 weekend evenings (Fri-Sun)

- is open to 3-5 shifts per week

- brings levity and joy to busy and demanding services

- has an eye for details

- cares about building respectful & lasting relationships with guests and peers

- is open to the excitement of working on a small team in an ambitious restaurant

- has some familiarity with classic or contemporary styles of wine, sake, & beer

Primary Compensation:

Hourly

Tip Pool (depending on the evening, tips per person range from $150-250+ per night)
