Executive Assistant to the Owner of Rollin’ Along, Inc, a company improving lives through mobility
Small and growing company needs assistance with:
Scheduling
Accounting
Answering client calls
Marketing / Sales follow through
2024 will bring in a record revenue year of $1,000,000. In gross sales.
The team of four people needs a focused assistant.
The work can be performed mostly from your home.
Rollin’ Along will provide all needed equipment to accomplish the work.
You will have remote access to our server located in Oakland.
After training, we anticipate visiting the office only 1x / week as needed.
Our office is located at our home in Southern Oakland, and our virtual office is located in Jack London Square
We use the following programs, and your familiarity with them will accelerate your comfort with this position:
QuickBooks Desktop
MS Office 2019
ACT v24
Segments of the work will need attention during the day. The rest can occur at your choice of hours / timing.
