Office Manager/ Executive Assistant

Saba Decor Rentals LLC is an event rental company, specializing in cultural special events. We are a full service, rental, floral, and design company.
Responsibilities
-Answer phone calls, take rental orders.
-Schedule appointments. Calendar Management
-Email inquiries, setup consults as necessary.
-Client management from beginning to end of the design process.
-Liason between the floral & install team and the client.
-Help with ordering/re-ordering inventory.
-Be able to problem solve efficiently on site or where needed.
-Know product names/inventory- assist in design consults.
-Develop a good sense of cultural weddings and terminology.
-Develop through knowledge of inventory, common practices, installation and strike procedures including various venue policies and standards.
-Interact and communicate courteously and effectively with venue/vendor contracts.
-Other duties as assigned
Requirements Include
-Willingness to work as a team player and follow management’s direction/input.
-Ability to work independently to complete work orders and uphold procedures.
-Capacity to troubleshoot, multi-task, and use logical thinking to problem-solve.
-Must have a valid Driver’s License and means of transportation.
-Must be reliable, responsible, and maintain a professional appearance.
-Ability to carry 20-30 pounds throughout a work shift and be on your feet for extended periods of time.
-Availability to work weekends, some weekdays, late nights, and some holidays. As assigned.
-An expert at GSuite
-Attention to detail is necessary. Interested in Design would be a plus.
