Administrative Assistant
Las Vegas Based Company Supplying Natural Stone and Porcelain Tiles for the Hospitality Industry seeking a dedicated and responsible Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support to ensure efficient operation in our office environment
Key Duties:
Answering phones.
Customer service and follow up.
Correspondence & Filing.
Maintain / Update Project Tracker Matrix.
Assist in presentations and setting up meetings.
Provide support to Managers, Staff and assist with daily office needs.
Resources Data Entry.
Maintain, Organize and update Inventory.
Maintain and help with Organizing the Showroom.
Able to process Purchase Orders (POs) to vendors and fabricators.
Be detail-oriented, organized, have a strong aptitude for numbers.
Ability to Maintain the Company’s Website is a plus.
Assist creating and Send a Marketing Flyer out on Biweekly basis to our Clientele.

Must be detail-oriented, have a strong aptitude for numbers.
High School Diploma is required.
Punctual.
Excellent Verbal & Written communication skills.
Data Entry / Phone Skills.
Technologically Proficient.
Mac-system proficient.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to multitask.
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
Background in the following Industries is a big benefit: Construction, Interior Design, Natural Stones & Tiles.
Compensation: $15-$18/hr
Employment type: full-time In office position. This is not a remote position.
Work Hours:
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
