Description:JOB DUTIES: Creates sales orders, issues purchase orders, creates packing slips, maintains customer files, and issues invoices in a timely manner Tracks orders, schedules product delivery, provides inventory management, and additional administrative functions as necessary Communicate effectively with vendors to ensure orders are processed in a timely manner and follows-up as necessary Works in a team environment corresponding with multiple departments in the coordination of sales transactions Receive incoming shipments and label appropriately Maintain used/rental battery and charger list Maintains scrap log and requests scrap pick up Maintains Preventative Maintenance log and schedules future PMs with customers Maintains New Order logSkills:Administrative support, Customer service, Front desk, Data entry, Microsoft office, Administrative assistance, Order entry, Parts inventory, Clerical, scheduling coordinating, Inventory, Outlook, Filing, AdministrationAdditional Skills & Qualifications:MUST HAVES:

2 years of Data Entry (administrative)

2 years of Microsoft Outlook and Excel experience

Strong Communication Skills

Customer Communications skills
