We are an established, 80 seat Italian-inspired restaurant with an energetic vibe located in the vibrant West Village. Our menu features fresh pastas, seasonal plates, and creative craft cocktails. As a team, we pride ourselves on approachable service and great food and we're looking for a passionate, detail-oriented Floor Manager to join us

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Floor Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for hospitality, an emphasis on customer service, and a keen eye for detail. This is a key role that will require you to oversee front-of-house operations ensuring a seamless, positive dining experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure every guest has an exceptional dining experience by exceeding expectations and handling guest concerns with care and professionalism.

- Staff Training & Development: Train, coach, and mentor front-of-house staff, ensuring they maintain high service standards, product knowledge, and a team-oriented attitude.

- Reservations & Seating: Optimize reservations and manage seating capacity to ensure smooth and efficient service maximizing table turns.

- Quality Control: Uphold restaurant quality standards, ensuring food, service, and cleanliness are consistently exceptional. Ensure compliance with NYC health and safety regulations.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the General Manager and kitchen staff to ensure smooth front-of-house operations and effective communication.

The Ideal Candidate:

- A genuine passion for hospitality and a guest-first attitude.

- Detail-oriented, with a focus on service excellence and quality.

- Strong communication and leadership skills, with a focus on team development.

- Solid Italian wine knowledge and enthusiasm for sharing that knowledge with guests.

- Proficient in OpenTable and Toast POS systems.

- Current NYC DOH Food Handler’s Certification.

- Minimum 3 years of full-service NYC restaurant management experience in a similar role.

- Ability to manage a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and energetic attitude.

- Flexible and available to work weekends and holidays.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 annually, based on relevant experience.
